Below is an example of a how our self managed solutions work. In this example, Newtown Property Letting as looking to add a new property to their web site. (click screenshots for larger images - opens in a new window)
After logging in to the web site with your user name and password you select 'Website' as the area you would like to edit.
You then select 'Edit Properties' and 'Add' as you wish to add a property to the web site.
You are then presented with a simple blank form which allows you to enter the new property details.
Once the details are complete, you click 'Browse' to find the image that you want to associate with this property...
...find the image on your computer then click open, then click on 'Add' to preview the new property before it goes live on your website.
You are shown how the new property will look on the website, if you are happy with the details you entered and there are no mistakes, click 'OK' to add the property.
You can now see that the new property is shown in the search results on Newtown Letting's web site alongside the existing properties.
Its as simple as surfing the web...
Our SMSs are accessed through a secure area of your website which can be accessed by the company manager and/or whosoever they choose. The system can be set up with a heirarchical permissions system allowing you to manage the administrators of your site, and the parts of the site they can edit, thus allowing you to delegate responsibility for some parts of your web site to others.
